Dmytro Sichka, PhD in Law, Associate Professor, and Dean of the Law Faculty of the Petro Mohyla Black Sea National University, was appointed as the Head of the Center. Elina Kazaryan and Hanna Krasheninnikova were appointed as leading specialists of the Center.<\/p>\n<p data-sourcepos=\"7:1-7:238\">It is important to note that two pilot schemes, &#8220;Local Government&#8221; and &#8220;Young Teacher Mentoring,&#8221; will be implemented during the work of the Center. The coordinators of the schemes are Viktoria Andriyash and Halyna Kosareva, respectively.<\/p>\n<p data-sourcepos=\"9:1-9:419\">It is worth noting that this Center is the third in Ukraine and the first in the south of our country. The main functions of the Center for Tutoring and Mentoring are professional growth, stimulation of social activity and development of mentoring skills among both University students and staff; and establishment of effective interaction between the academic and non-academic environments to improve youth employment.<\/p>\n<p data-sourcepos=\"11:1-11:15\"><strong>Key points:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul data-sourcepos=\"13:1-18:0\">\n \t<li data-sourcepos=\"13:1-13:162\">The round table discussed the role of professional mentoring in improving the efficiency of the public sector in the context of war and post-war reconstruction.<\/li>\n \t<li data-sourcepos=\"14:1-14:101\">The Center for Tutoring and Mentoring was opened at the Petro Mohyla Black Sea National University.<\/li>\n \t<li data-sourcepos=\"15:1-15:96\">The Center will implement two pilot schemes: &#8220;Local Government&#8221; and &#8220;Young Teacher Mentoring.&#8221;<\/li>\n \t<li data-sourcepos=\"16:1-16:113\">The
