It represents a new approach to learning and a key to a successful start in the professional world.<\/p><p>Tomasz Sasiadek, the developer of the Mentiway software, shared detailed research on mentorship in Poland.<\/p><p>According to the Mentiway team&#8217;s report, several advantages of implementing a mentorship program include:<\/p><p>&#8211; Improvement of work relationships, strengthening communication, and interaction.<br \/>&#8211; Personal development of mentees.<br \/>&#8211; Increased motivation and enthusiasm for work (learning).<br \/>&#8211; Transfer of experience and knowledge from experienced employees.<br \/>&#8211; Enhancement of participants&#8217; self-esteem.<\/p><p>An interesting introduction was made with Magdalena Tytu\u0142a from the Educational Foundation &#8220;Perspektywy,&#8221; managing the <a href=\"https:\/\/incubating-freedom.eu\/\">Incubating Freedom<\/a> project for Ukrainians in Poland. By combining the efforts of the PROMENT team and the Perspektywy organization, we are confident that mutual benefits can be achieved.<\/p><p>Collaborative work and the exchange of experiences can significantly contribute to the development of projects.
